so, when i went to chicago, my cousin michele was talking about this new diet that all of her friends were doing. it was called the "blood-type" diet. supposedly, genetic evolution and the type of blood one has is directly related the levels of chemicals and digestive evolution of one's body.
so i'm type A positive, apparently.

Type As flourish on a vegetarian diet - if you are accustomed to eating meat, you will lose weight and have more energy once you eliminate the toxic foods from your diet. Type As have a naturally high level of the stress hormone cortisol and produce more in response to stressful situations.
